How do you determine the cost of my order?

  • Number of shirts
  • Shirt color (white is the best bargain but choose from the rainbow)
  • Different print locations on shirt (front, back, sleeves)
  • Number of colors in the design

Other factors:

  • Number of print locations on shirt
  • Shirt style (t-shirt, long sleeve, etc).
  • Having a custom design created for you
  • How quickly you’d like to receive your order

NOTE: We recommend ordering a few extra shirts to prevent higher re-ordering costs.

How many shirts can I order?

We’re set up to fulfill a HUGE range of orders, from as little as 12 shirts to as many as a buck-zillion. But because we can fulfill enormous requests, orders under 36 shirts will have an additional $50 charge added to the total cost. (But, hey, you’re already saving huge bucks by choosing 3 Buck Threads anyway.)

What’s the best bargain?

To get the most bang for your buck, choose 100 or more white cotton t-shirts with a 1 or 2 color logo on the front. And the more shirts you order, the cheaper they are.

Once I order, when will I receive my shirts?

It typically takes 15 business days until they’re at your front door. However, we work hard to meet 12 business days for no extra charge. Orders that need a quicker turnaround may have an additional cost. Email us for further info.

Do I get to see the art before it’s printed?

Absolutely! You’ll receive an e-mail mock up of your art along with an order approval form. Double-check all spelling and order details. Don’t forget, once approved, your order is final and off being created. No other changes can be made.

Also, if you’d like to see a sample of your order, we can mail you one for a small cost. We recommend this for orders of 2,000+.

Do I need to send special art files?

Yes, please send files with the highest resolution possible. We prefer Vector files ending in .ai, .eps, .ps, .indd, .pdf or .cdr. Vector files can be reduced or enlarged to any size without losing sharpness or quality.

Please do not send files ending in .jpg, .gif, .tif, .psd, and .bmp. These lose sharpness when enlarged. If these are the only file types you have, we can rework them for a small cost, and depending on the time required.

NOTE: We’re here to help! If you aren’t sure about your file quality, email them to us and we will let you know as soon as possible.

Do you create custom designs?

We sure do. It takes our design team about 2-3 hours to create a fun, great looking design from scratch. A reasonable $50 per hour graphic design fee will be added to your order.

Want to shrink our work time? Give us plenty of direction and ideas on your art before creation begins.

When do I pay for my order?

For most orders, you’ll receive an invoice the moment your order ships, and with 15-day terms.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards on our online payment platform. (So you know, there will be a 1.5% charge added to your order for this option). Email us to receive your credit card payment steps.

If you’d like to save even more bucks and do it the old fashioned way, please send a check to our address below. If possible, please include a copy of your invoice.
