3buck takes great pride in its commitment to client care. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Doesn’t mean we won’t help you solve them, but please be aware of the “common pitfalls” when ordering custom shirts and apparel.
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made in the mock-up. Double and then triple check your spelling!
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images. We will advise you on art quality, but once it’s approved and printed we cannot change the artwork.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. If there is any uncertainty around shirt selection or sizing, please let us send you a sample pack so you are confident in how the shirts fit and feel!
